Expedition Information For People Who Have Periods
For people who have periods, it can sometimes be hard to find the knowledge you need to feel comfortable going on adventure education experiences.
We have produced an information sheet all about this subject. On this page you will find two different downloadable versions of the sheet as well as the plain text that you can copy and use as you need.

We do ask that if you're modifying the text you leave it gender neutral, not everyone who has periods identifies as a woman.
Cold Water Immersion and Chest Binding
Many people find that they wish to reduce the apparent size of their breasts.
The Outdoors People have done an initial exploration into the effect chest binding has during cold water immersion. We will be following this up with much more extensive testing in the future involving greater numbers of more relevant participants.
